About

Small Desk HQ is run by an independent publisher. We're not owned by, or paid by, any desk, walking pad or accessory brand.

What we cover

Workspaces for small rooms: compact standing desks, under-desk walking pads, cable management and under-desk storage.

How we research

• Published specifications only. Our comparisons use the information manufacturers and official stores publish: product pages, spec sheets, manuals and warranty terms.
• A source and a date for every number. Each spec table links to the page it came from and shows the date we read it. Prices are shown with the store and the date we checked them.
• No claims of having used the products. We don't have the products in hand, and we never describe how a product feels, sounds or performs in use.
• Gaps are shown, not filled. If a spec isn't published, or an official page contradicts itself, we leave it out and say so.
• No ratings or invented reviews. We don't publish scores, ratings or user quotes.
• Walking pads: we cover size, fit, speed range and other specifications only, never health or fitness claims.
